We noticed there was a group of applicants who felt intimidated by Northeastern's application process.

To capture this group, we completely rethought how we were going to reach them.

Instead of our normal professional, direct tone, we were going to meet this group where they were at with an admissions guide full of Ted Lasso-like enthusiasm and encouragement to demystify the application process and inject a much-needed dose of positivity.
